If you bought an item on the Envato Market before September of 2015, you will need to buy a Support License for each item. The instructions below describe the process.


Each item you purchase through the Envato Market includes a 6 month Support License with an optional upgrade to 12 months. If your Support License has expired you can easily renew it to continue getting help with our products.

Updates and new releases do not require active support. You can always download the latest version of your purchased items regardless of having an active Support License.

How to Renew a Support License

1. Go to your Envato Downloads.

Sign in to your Envato account on ThemeForest.net and select the ‘Downloads’ option from the user menu.

To renew your support license, first go to your ThemeForest downloads page.

2. Find the item to renew.

On your downloads page find the Parallelus item to renew and click the ‘Renew support now!’ link.

Click the 'Renew support now!' link for the appropriate theme.

3. Click the ‘Renew Support’ button.

You will arrive on the item details screen. Click the ‘Renew support’ button on the right.

Savings Tip!

Every newly purchased item on Envato Market includes 6 months of support for free. With the cost of renewals at 87.5% the price of the item, you can get another full license plus 6 months of support free for just 12.5% more. So if you think you may be using the same theme again for a different website, and you were going to renew your support license anyway, this is a great way to buy a second copy of the theme at an incredible 87.5% discount!

Accessing Support After Renewals

1. Sign in to the Parallelus Help Center.

Once you have renewed your support license – or bought another full license (see above) – login to your Help Center account and then click the ‘Join Group’ button for your theme.

Should the ‘Join Group’ button still say your support has expired, no worries, just click on that ‘Support Expired’ button to continue the support renewal procedure.


2. Connect to your Envato Account.

Follow the link to sign in to your Envato account to connect it with your Help Center account.

Sign in to the Envato API using your ThemeForest login credentials.

3. Click ‘Approve’ to verify your purchase.

Lastly, you will be asked to authorize the Parallelus Help Center to connect with your ThemeForest account to verify the purchase and a valid support license.

Once verified you will be automatically returned to our Help Center where you will instantly have access to your purchased item’s support pages and groups.
