The directory item lists (like your example page) are virtual “archive” pages, created on the fly by WordPress to list all directory items associated with a destination. There is no physical page to edit, just a single PHP template (‘taxonomy-travel-dir-category.php’).
As there is no physical page to edit, it isn’t possible to add text to virtual archive pages, although it may be possible to achieve what you ask by customising and extending the GoExplore! theme code and PHP templates, and/or the Travel Destinations plugin.
WordPress has no facility for adding meta tags to its posts, pages and virtual archive pages. Here is the official WordPress documentation which explains why WordPress doesn’t include this functionality. → https://codex.wordpress.org/Meta_Tags_in_WordPress
People who disagree with WordPress’s thinking on this issue generally use one of the many free SEO plugins that do have this functionality. The most popular free SEO plugin is probably Yoast SEO. → https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-seo/
