Which file did you upload? It looks as though you installed the ENTIRE file that you downloaded. If you install the entire file that you downloaded, you’ll get the error messages you’re seeing. If you’re trying to FTP it to your site, then you have to unzip (open) the parallelus-mingle.zip file first, and then FTP (upload) the parallelus-mingle folder that is inside the zipped file. If you are trying to install it via the WordPress upload, then you have to upload the zipped file titled: parallelus-mingle.zip. The zipped file is inside the folder labled: WordPress.
The name of the folder that is inside your wp-content/themes/ directory should not be mingle-multipurpose-wordpress-theme, it should be: wp-content/themes/parallelus-mingle
So you should install the folder named: parallelus-mingle, but you have to uninstall the other content first, and then re-upload the correct file named parallelus-mingle. Hope this helps.
