Problem with WATS plugin

  Hi,
  I use your fantastic theme for an home related problems help and people can call us ora open a ticket,
  using the premium plugin WATS ( http://www.ticket-system.net/ )

  This plugin works well with a lot of themes I’ve tried with but not with Mingle…and this is
  a big problem because: I have to use Mingle and I have to use WATS premium plugin.
  Everything works well but the problem is in the submit-ticket page, a central page.

  Here nothing works: you can try yourself: click the submit button without filling the form and you will see
  that does not work at all. It should alert you but nothing happens.

  Maybe there is some javascript conflict? If you can, please help me resolve it, it’s crucial

  My guess is your form is inserted with a shortcode and the javascript needed for the form is added to the footer from the shortcode function. I am working on a global fix for this problem so no plugins have the issue. If you would be interested in testing it I can send you the updated files. Email me from the page linked below and reference this post (so I know what it’s about).
