Change portfolio details display parameters

    Hi guys,

Back end Portfolio detail settings have the following:
    - Project Date –> Date (front-end view portfolio)
    - Client –> Client (front-end)
    - URL –> View Project (front-end)
    - Other Details –> right above View Project (font-end)

I want to: change the name/alias of those things:
    Example:
    Back-end
Project Date –> Change to Date joined

    Front-end
    Date –> Date joined

    and so on.
Could you please let me know where do I need to edit or I somehow can do it through Custom CSS (possible?)?

    Thanks guys!

    Hi, vsync.

Unfortunately the support team is not able to help you customise the theme to this level as part of free theme support. These things are set up when the “portfolio” custom post type is created in the extensions/theme-portfolio/post-type-portfolio.php file.

Always keep in mind that if you modify the core theme files then when you need to update the theme your modified files may be overwritten and your modifications lost. It’s pretty much guaranteed that as WordPress evolves then advanced themes like Moxie will need to evolve along with it. For this reason it is not a good idea to modify the core theme files because when you need to update the theme you are going to have to make your modifications again to the updated theme files.

    Thanks jeffw,
May I suggest that you guys make them editable in the future?
I think it would be a piece of cake for people in your team.
Portfolio can be used in many different way.

Thanks again. I will try not to edit any themes file.
