Menu items missing in mobile format

  Hello, I am testing the site on my iPhoneX and iPadPro and found that the menu and submenu are not displaying all the items.
  The website is https://hemoncessentials.com
  For example, the following menu items and sub menu items are missing..when I access on my iPhoneX and iPad
  1. In the main menu – the menu item “Assessment”
  2. The submenu item “Journal Abstracts” is not displayed when selecting menu item “Resources”
  3. The following submenus are not displayed when you select menu item “Sites” – myeloproliferative diseases, neuroendocrine tumors”
  I have created a test user ID and password:

  Do you know why this happens?

  I think I found the problem.
  I notice that the Ultimate Member plugin is randomly assigning some menu items to be seen by Admin only and others for everyone. I didn’t notice it before because I was checking the site as Admin only. I am going to check with the PlugIn developers.
