  It does work, I just tested it.

  Two things…

  Firstly, you need to use the actual YouTube URL, not the “share” URL.

  For example, “https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TDfKRDYE3w0” not “https://youtu.be/TDfKRDYE3w0“.

  And secondly, if your row doesn’t have any actual content, you’ll need to give the row some height by adding top and/or bottom padding to it.

  For example…

                 

  Give it another go. If you can’t get it working, post a link to a live web page that displays the issue and I’ll be glad to take a look.

  The video should completely fill the row, left-to-right, top-to-bottom. If the width/height of the video has to be enlarged for it to fill the row, the picture quality may suffer. The higher quality the video is on YouTube, the less the picture quality will suffer when it is used as a video background for a row..
