Images not showing up on home page

  Hello

  I purchased your theme originally in 2010 and built a web site with it. The client wanted it updated and so I repurchased the very latest version just last week. I cannot get the images to show up on the main page from my post. Please see this: http://173.254.28.113/~riveradv/

  documentation says to make the ‘cache’ folder 777 permissions…there is NO cache folder in the latest version of the theme so the documentation is out of date too…

  I don’t see that TimThumb.php is even used anymore and its not supported by google at all… HELP…i have spent 2 evenings trying to make an image show up on the main home page…
